Note on deadline announcements
Due to our troop's need for better trip preparation, and changes in
Council policy regarding District events, we will have a 4-week in
advance deadline to sign-up for troop trips. This is a firm deadline
per your Scoutmaster. Please be sure to listen closely at Troop
meetings, contact your Patrol Leader and check the troop website to
make sure you are aware of opportunities & deadlines.
Upcoming Events:
Spring Camporee - Susquehanna Council - May 2 -4th, 2008 - Antietam National Park This will be a council wide event where we will travel by bus to the Antietam National Park, enjoy a self-guided driving tour of the battlefield and have alot of fun along the way. Cost will be $80.00 to register and the cost of food for the weekend. Our troop will have to buy, bring, and cook our own food. Deadline to sign up is February 28th, 2008.
Other Activities - Our Senior Patrol Leaders will be meeting soon to plan other events for the spring. Please talk with your patrol leaders to let them know of what activates you want to get involved in and how you can help make it happen.
